Delivery Fees

Orders ($30 - $99.99), Delivery Charge will be $12/ trip

Orders (Above $100), Delivery Charge will be FREE

*** Delivery to Tuas Areas (Postal Code starting with 626/ 627/ 628/ 629/ 637/ 638/ 639) / CBD/ Orchard/ Sentosa (Postal Code starting with 01/02/03/04/05/06/07/08/09 /10/22/23), there will be additional surcharge of $12

***CHRISTMAS SPECIAL DELIVERY & COLLECTION SCHEDULE WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:

Delivery available daily between 16-23 Dec between 10am-9pm.

Order placed before 6pm the day before delivery date will be delivered on the next delivery day between 10am-9pm.

Order placed after 6pm on the day before delivery date will be delivered on the following delivery day between 10am-9pm.

Choosing of specific delivery timing is strictly not allowed, seek for your kind understanding

*** SELF COLLECTION IS AVAILABLE:

Order placed before 10am, collection can be from 2pm on same day onwards 

Order placed after 10am, collection will be from 12pm next working day onwards

*** We wil be taking a break between 25 Dec 24 - 3 Jan 25, there will be no delivery & collection during this period ***

 

USUAL DELIVERY SCHEDULE & COLLECTION WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:

Delivery available only on Every Tue/Thu/Sat between 10am-9pm

Order placed before 4pm the day before delivery day, order will be delivered on the next delivery day between 10am-9pm. 

Order placed after 4pm on the day before delivery day, order will be delivered on the following delivery day between 10am-9pm. 

Eg: Order placed on Monday before 4pm, order will be delivered on Tuesday between 10am-9pm. Order placed on Monday after 4pm, order will be delivered on Thursday between 10am-9pm.

(In the event if you missed the 4pm cut off time, you may whatsapp to 97512407 to check if we are still able to slot in your last minute order, however it will be subjected to availability of stock & slot)

*NO DELIVERY on Mon/Wed/Fri/Sun/Public Hols

 ***Strictly NO CHOOSING of delivery time

 

In the event there was no indication of a specific delivery date, delivery date will be automatically scheduled as per mentioned above 

Hence if you are looking at a later delivery date (only on Tue/ Thur/ Sat only), kindly state in the comment box during check out.

*Not Applicable if Delivery Day falls on a Public Holiday/ Mon/ Wed/ Fri/ Sun/ Non-Operating Days

*Kindly note that we do not call to prearrange with recipient regarding the delivery date and time. Customer is required to inform recipient of the delivery. Our delivery guy may call the recipient ONLY when they are reaching 

*In the event if recipient is not in to receive and is not contactable during the stipulated delivery timing, item will be left at a corner outside the door and delivery guy will snap a picture as proof of delivery. No further claims will be entertained. Hence kindly informed the recipient on the stipulated delivery timing 10am - 9pm

*In the event under reasonable condition/s that it is not possible to leave the item outside the door. Item will be sent back to our studio. Buyer is required to arrange with us and pay for another delivery or self collect from our studio.

 

SELF COLLECTION  IS AVAILABLE

Order before 4pm on the day before collection, collection is available from 2pm the next working day onwards. Order placed after 4pm on the day before collection, collection will be available from 12pm the following working day onwards.

Eg: Order placed on Monday before 4pm, collection can be 2pm onwards on Tuesday. Order placed on Monday after 4pm, collection will be 12pm onwards on Wednesday. 

(In the event if you require to collect the item the same day or between 12pm - 2pm on the next working day & missed the 4pm cut off time, you may whatsapp to 97512407 to check if we are still able to take in your last minute order, however it will be subjected to availability of stock & slot)

*NO COLLECTION on Public Holidays / Non Working Days

In the event there was no indication of a specific collection date, collection date will be automatically scheduled as per mentioned above.  Item is to be collected within the next 7 days. In the event if there is no show up beyond the 7th day from collection date, there will be an additional charge of $2 per day 

Hence if you are looking at a later delivery date, kindly state in the comment box during check out.

*Not Applicable if Collection date falls on a Mon/ Public Holiday/ Non-Operating Days

*Be sure to choose ‘Self-Pickup’ as we are unable to make a refund for delivery once it is committed.
